About the band

Milan „Guliver“ Holzer: singer, lyrics

David „Dave“ Šebesta: guitar, music

Miroslav Bílek: bass guitar, singer

Vojta Sedlák: drums

The band was set by David Šebesta in 2005 as a “progress rock project“, to play the opposite role to the commercial rock scene in the Czech Republic. David's musical creation has always been influenced by the bands such as Extreme, Dream Theater, the interpret Joe Satriani and similar.

Very soon was his bro Zdišek welcomed to this project and then the searching for the other members started, mainly for the positions of  drums player and a singer. The place for a singer was filled with Gulda and the group was also enriched with a tallented keyboards player Ludvík Čihánek. Vladimír Pila, a machine accurate drums player took a place in the first studio album called “Kocór f tróbě“ (recorded in 2009) but he leaves the band soon and let his tallent grow in the commercial projects. Also the bass guitar player Zdišek ends his career in the group and our longlife pal Mira Bílek gets his chance.

In 2011, a young tallented drums player David Klement joined the band and a year later we record a second studio album called “Naštěkaný f bódě“. Then Ludvík leaves us and he pays his attention, as it is usual, to the commercial projects. His place takes, as an occasional guest, Zdišek Šebesta Sr. who gives the sound to several pieces during the recording, too. Finally, the position of the keyboards player is occupied with Mirek Vrátný, the master of samples and a big lover of Moog. A young tallent David Klement leaves because of his studies at the Conservatory of Music in Prague and his place is offered to David Křetínský, an experienced and skilled drums player who records EP 2015 with us. He brings calmer and more balanced rhythm to the piece “Flames of Death“, a bit of humour to the song “Extrémní zabijačka“ and a  machine accurate motifs that are alternating in “Monty“.

Later, because of a low interest into progressive rock music, the number of concerts decreases, the band stagnates and the pause in our creation is inevitable. The group only vegetates and the members just meet on their rehearsals and in the pubs, having heavy debates over their beers. David Křetínský leaves the band and gets back to his previous music projects. The keyboards player Mirek goes to his “musical pension“ and devotes to the other interests. The searching for an appropriate drums player takes the most energy out of the band.

Anyway, we were lucky to meet a very young but suprisingly a very matured drums player Vojta Sedlák via our demand ad … and we get back on the stage, this time without a piano player. A bit later, Vojta gets an offer from another popular band called “Limetall“ and he starts to give a lot of concerts with them. Vojta does not forget about “Šašci v manéži“ either. He works on our clip “Kokain“ and instrumental masterpiece “Upside Down“, too, and he also participates in David Šebesta's solo project “Lemon Daid“. After an accident Vojta leaves Limetall and rushes into many music projects from jazz to brass band music.  In this crazy pace he still has enough energy to work on a new melody for the clip “Hellrider“, and works on the forthcoming album that is expected in 2024.
